Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking
  • We recommend placing your booking at least 5 days before the date you need the equipment.
  • Your reservation is confirmed only after payment has been received.
  • Last-minute bookings (within 2 days of use) are subject to an additional €8 fee.
Cancellations
  • Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 3 days before the rental date.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
Delivery & Service Areas
  • Our base is in Chania. We provide delivery and pickup services throughout the Chania and Rethymno regions — either directly to your accommodation or at an agreed meeting point. If you are staying in the Heraklion or Lassithi regions, we can arrange a meeting point that is convenient for both you and our team, upon prior communication.
    Our goal is to make baby equipment rental as easy and flexible as possible — wherever you are in Crete!
  • Delivery and pickup are charged at €1 per kilometer.
  • The distance is calculated from our base location to your destination.

        Terms & Conditions

        Welcome to mybabonboard!

        We aim to make your holidays with your children easy and stress-free. Please read the following terms carefully.

        Equipment Condition & Cleaning

        All equipment is carefully checked before each rental and cleaned with baby-safe cleaning products and a steam cleaner, so it is delivered clean and ready to use.

        Safety & Supervision

        We ensure that all products are suitable and safe for babies and children.

        Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the correct and safe use of the equipment.
        Children must always be supervised by an adult during walks, playtime, meals, and sleep.

        Μybabonboard is not responsible for accidents caused by improper use or lack of supervision.

        Loss or Damage

        Lost equipment will be charged at full replacement cost.

        Partially damaged equipment will be charged based on the repair cost.

        Severely damaged equipment that cannot be repaired will be charged at full replacement cost.

        Acceptance

        By renting our equipment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
